Holistic Psychotherapy
Holistic psychotherapy starts with looking at your life in terms of the systems that create it. I look at what is going on around you as well as exploring what is inside you. Honoring body-mind-spirit, I look at how you can define and hold on to your sense of separate self while remaining connected to others.
